I am not a big coffee drinker, but I did notice how hot some of those cups got once they were filled. So, one day I took the cardboard thing that slipped around the cup home, traced it on to some fabric, sandwiched a piece of fleece in between two layers and made my own. I tucked on of my daughter's hair ties on one end and added button to the other. I figured this way it was somewhat adjustable too. One thing to remember - don't tie the button all the way down, leave some space for the hair tie to slip around.
