These are a few of the barrettes, headbands, pins and magnets that I have made. It's amazing what some ribbon, felt and buttons with some hot glue can do! I just started with bare hair clips and pins (I just bought mine at Hobby Lobby) and glued stuff on. My daughter doesn't keep barrettes in her hair for long so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on these. They were fun to make (so I made some into pins for me and a few were made into magnets).
