My sister needed a gift for a little girl's 1 year birthday party. She decided on a shirt and a purse. Since the girl's nursery is decorated with an owl theme, we went with that. Here are the final products. To make the shirt, I used Heat 'n Bond for the "A" and then stitched around the edge for a little more security. The purse was made up as I went! Just a rectangle, with boxed corners, a couple of pockets, and an initial so she knows it is hers! Happy Birthday to little Avery!
