If you saw the latest knit shirt that I made into a dress, you may recognize the pattern here! After cutting the shirt down to fit my daughter, I had a few extra scraps of fabric. All I did was cut the leftovers into 1-2 inch strips, pulled them tight and stitched them all together, keeping the lengths all a little different. I then used some craft glue to wrap a small piece of scrap fabric around the stitches to give it a cleaner look. Ta-da.
